A specialist Biotechnology organisation, based in Denmark, is currently seeking an experienced Process Engineering/Technical Lead to join its team during a period of increased project activity. You will be supporting new capital projects and implementing the installation/upgrade of utilities, ensuring the work is completed and delivered on time.Key Responsibilities of the Process Engineering/Technical Lead:
• Act as the key contact for the company on the delivery of between 2 - 3 projects from conceptual design through to close.
• Interface with the engaged engineering company throughout design, execution and handover of the current projects.
•Co-ordinate with other groups with responsibilities for process/project engineering activities, e.g. Commissioning/Qualification and Validation.
•Provide up-to-date information to Line Management on activities and time- lines relating to project work, utilising appropriate techniques.
The successful Process Engineering/Technical Lead should have the following skills/experience:
•Degree or HNC/D qualified in an Engineering based subject or related experience in a Process/Project Engineering role.
•Experience within a highly regulated Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment, with full lifecycle experience on the delivery of CIP/Water systems projects.
•Previous experience of project lifecycle activities to include generating URS’s, Undertaking design reviews, PID’s and support on the composition of Business cases.
•Demonstrable experience in the support of drafting, executing and reporting of validation documentation i.e. IQ, OQ, PQ protocols during qualification of CIP/Water supplies.
