Description
Experienced Procurement Advisor is required for a central government organisation based in Leeds, Yorkshire.
Candidates will have CIPS membership or relevant work based experience.
Also required:
Significant experience of procurement within an organisation procuring goods and services.
Public/Government Sector experience
Indepth specialist knowledge of procurement procedures and working knowledge of relevant legislation, statutory requirements and contract law
Experience of planning and developing procurement strategies
