The actual change activity will be implemented using key members of the existing Network Operations team who must own the outcomes as the new systems are introduced and the project resource layer falls away.

The role will create the vision, product backlog (prioritised list of changes required) and plan to deliver. All of this must be ratified with senior stakeholders including Chief Finance & Operations Officer, Chief Executive, Retail and Group Chief Information Officer.
