Program Lead:
Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires a Program Lead in our client's office. You can work remotely until Covid abates.
This is 6 months temporary contract, to start 15 Apr 2021.
The right candidate must have a minimum of 2 or 3 Program Management experience at high value and visibility programmes kick start and senior leadership/stakeholder management and communications.
Key Responsibilities/Requirements:
- This role will be responsible for Portfolio governance of High Value and visibility programmes within clients business unit, although delivery ownership will be with respective delivery units
- This role will be responsible for successful kickstart of these programmes and then track high level milestone, Plan on a page, risk & issues tracking and reporting to senior stakeholders of client business unit
- Key requirement is stakeholder communications and management
- Experienced resource who can own a conversation with senior leadership members to drive to definition and agreement on scope of work and is confident and able to work with limited direction/coaching
- Drive Initiation phase (Kick Start) of the high visibility programmes
- Able to drive definition phase to narrow down programme scope
- Senior stakeholder management and communication
- Create and drive plan on a page through till delivery phase
- Tracking and reporting of programmes in delivery phase
- Programme Management with expertise in kick off of the programmes, Strategy definition
- Senior stakeholder management and communication skills
