Program Manager – Infrastructure Projects

Location: Luxembourg – Hybrid (2 days onsite per month)
Contract: 12 Months Rolling Contract
Working Model: Remote with occasional onsite presence
Contract Type: Freelance / B2B

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery, strategic alignment and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and adoption of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Oversee multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
  • Manage technical teams, resources, risks and project dependencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to define requirements and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain high delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience managing complex IT infrastructure programmes.
  • Proven expertise in SAFe and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience delivering network, hardware and software infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong track record of delivering programmes on time and within budget.
  • SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are advantageous.
