Programme Manager - Business Demand & Portfolio Delivery
Start: ASAP | Duration: 12 Months
Location: Glasgow (3 days per week onsite, mandatory)

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead business demand management, portfolio intake, and the delivery of complex business and technology programmes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, PMO, and delivery teams to assess, prioritise, and translate business demand into structured projects aligned to strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include portfolio planning, governance, budgeting, resource and capacity management, risk and dependency oversight, stakeholder engagement, programme reporting, and benefits realisation. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Required experience:

  • Programme or Senior Project Management of large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Demand management, portfolio planning, and governance
  • Business case development and investment management
  • Budget, forecasting, and financial control
  • Senior stakeholder engagement and executive reporting
  • Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • PPM tools such as Planview, Clarity, MS Project, or Jira

PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are desirable.
