IT Programme ManagerDemonstrable experience of designing and implementing a TOM within IT Service Delivery Function
Experience of working with partners to develop recruitment and retention strategies to implement a TOM within IT Service Delivery function
Demonstrable experience of managing Contract Exit Plan and management of exit criteria
Demonstrable experience working with TUPE and assignment of these staff to posts within the new TOM
Demonstrable experience of Matrix managing large, diverse teams
Demonstrable experience of managing large programme budgets/finances (ideally over 10m)
Have experience of managing projects programmes using Project Online, Microsoft Project or similar tool
Experience of upskilling and coaching others in working in a project programme environment
Significant experience in dealing with and managing diverse and complex stakeholder groups
Pragmatic in approach, with experience of delivering at pace, in a changing environment with competing priorities
Qualified MSP Practitioner would be an advantage
Experience of working to Digital, Data and Technology Profession
