This role sits within the P&L Programme. The objective of this Programme is the delivery of a uniform daily fully attributed official P&L for all trading businesses, with clear audit trail from initial trading Flash estimates through to final P&L.

Specifically this role is leading the P&L Attribution Remediation Program

We are looking to hire an experienced Program Manager to lead the P&L Attribution Remediation Programme. This is a high profile role within the organization, delivering to regulatory deadlines. This program runs across all Business areas within the Investment Bank, and across Front Office, Finance, Product Control and Market Risk Functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of P&L Attribution Programme and delivery to the committed milestones and scope of the Program.
  • Timely identification, and appropriate escalation, of Risks and Issues.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communications to the diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Manage a clear message to the senior stakeholders of this Program.
  • Manage and Lead the Program team of circa 100+ resources & a budget of circa €30m

Ensure engagement within the P&L Programme, and broader Finance Change environment.

  • Project/Programme Management on large scale, global initiative (min 7yrs)
  • Knowledge of the Finance/controlling domain and end-to-end workflow for a sales & trading business ie interactions with Front Office, trade capture, PL & risk, accounting & reconciliations, IPV etc.
  • Experience of managing complex IT centric & Business change focused programs
    • Issue identification and root cause analysis
    • Business process re-engineering

Desirable:

  • Accountancy qualification such as ACA or CIMA
  • PRIOR Investment Banking Experience is ESSENTIAL

PMI/Prince 2 Certified
