To develop and maintain the overall programme plan
Developing and maintaining workstream plans in conjunction with Workstream Leads
To proactively maintain and report on programme progress to plan, identifying and escalating planning dependencies and resource constraints within the programme.
Responsible for developing, maintaining the overall resource-levelled Client programme plan
Working with Client leads to produce workstream plans, supporting resource scheduling and levelling
Monitoring cross-programme activities to ensure planning processes are maintained and plans remain accurate and up to date at all times
Proactive engagement with multiple work-streams across the programme including third parties to ensure integration of workstream plans and rigorous dependency management is maintained at all times (both within and outside the programme)
Act as point of contact for all queries relating to programme planning
Producing reports for the management team and PMO that identify planning or scheduling issues and evaluations of their potential impact on the programme and support resolution
Provide expert input to Client-led workstream plans and ensure quality management is in place for plans and the planning process across the programme, including liaison with governance partners
Resource-levelled programme plan which is current at all times, and shows key dependencies across workstreams enabling effective dependency management Individual workstream plans to monitor detailed progress towards deliverables
Update reports on progress to plan as key part of overall programme status reporting
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF A SIMILAR ROLE ON AN ERP PROGRAMME - R12/SAP etc
