Role: NHS Project Accountant (PLICS)Location: London
Length:3-6 months
Rate:£ per day
I am currently looking for an interim Project Accountant to join a NHS Trust in London to help implement their Patient Level Information Costing System (PLICS).
This role is ideal for hands on accountant who is looking to gain further experience in the NHS. The role will require you to develop the PLICS system and engage with senior manager and clinicians to drive change through the Trust.
Duties:
-Collecting and processing PLICS data
-Making sure the data is correctly formatted
-Analysing the data for any variances
-Loading data on to the costing model
-Producing results and financial reports
-Maintaining the current financial model and identifying improvements
-Ad-hoc costing support to the finance department
Essential Criteria:
-CCAB Part Qualified or equivalent
-Wealth of experience with Service Line Reporting (SLR) and PLICS
-Good communication skills
-Good presentation skills
-Strong excel and system skills
