Project Engineer - West Midlands - Contract
We are currently working with one of our key clients on an exciting new automotive project which demands a Project Engineer to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis.
Working with a large OEM you will be expected to demonstrate a strong character, good leadership and motivational skills and be industry experienced.
Requirements
-Tier 1 automotive experience
-Interior or Exterior trim experience is essential (ideally bumpers, tailgates or closures, body)
-A technical engineering background is essential
-Quality understanding - APQP/PPAP
-Launch engineering experience is desirable
The successful Project Engineer will be working on a project taking it from concept through to launch.
We are looking for someone commercially astute who has sound automotive industry knowledge.
The successful Project Engineer must be able to work both independently and within a team, they must be pro-active and comfortable dealing with large OEM customers.
The positions are paying market competitive rates and are based on an initial 6 month contract.
