Your Tasks* Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
* Manage a team, by scheduling, coaching and counselling the employees
* Working in close collaboration with, Operations and Business functions as well as Quality and Compliance

Your Qualifications
* At least a Bachelor's degree, ideally a Master's degree (e.g. in natural sciences, engineering)
* 3-5 years of experience managing commercial product development projects, preferably in the life sciences/research industry
* Mastery of project management principles (e.g. resource allocation, cost estimation, risk analysis)
* Proactive, collaborative and process-oriented approach and team spirit with strong negotiation skills
