Description
This role is critical to the success of the project and works closely with the business and technology owners to ensure a delivery program fully aligned with business needs and priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the expectations of key stakeholders by balancing and negotiating agreement on conflicting priorities.
- Developing and agree project delivery plan/schedule with a range of stakeholders.
- Manage costs through the establishment of spend profiles and comparisons to actuals.
- Actively manage project risks and issues; with appropriate escalations where needed.
- Establish project change control (for scope, time and cost).
- Manage a project governance forum with executive stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports for a range of stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a Project Management Plan.
Previous commercial experience in a Project Management role with experience across software development projects and a solid understanding and proven track record in managing the deployment process are critical to your success.
