(Project Manager (Estates Facilities) 10mths up to 700 pday inIR35)Our Government client are looking for an Estates and Facilities Project Manager to lead/manage the project and the project team on a day-to-day basis. The Project Manager is responsible for driving and overseeing the delivery of the project to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints
Location: Home based or North West, North East, Yorkshire, Midlands, London, Local HSE office or home based with regular travel post Covid-19
Essential Skills and Experience:
Have a track record of experience in estate/property/facilities/project management. Level: Expert
Have a good understanding of property management processes, principles and terminology. Level: Expert
Have a good understanding of UK government estate strategy and the role and aims of the Government Property Agency. Level: Practitioner
Have clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills. Level: Expert
Have experience of writing business cases Level: Practitioner
Possess one or more relevant qualifications Level: Expert
Have a good understanding of UK government aims in relation to smarter working. Level: Practitioner
Have experience of modern workspace design Level: Practitioner
The role will be remote with travel to North West, North East, Yorkshire, Midlands, London, Local HSE office or home based with regular travel post Covid-19
