**Role Overview:**
We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our IT project delivery efforts. This role is crucial in managing the lifecycle of IT projects, aligning them with business objectives, and ensuring successful outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Direct the full lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, fostering a unified approach to project execution.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, adhering to organizational standards and ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the implementation of effective solutions and risk management strategies.
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring project alignment with strategic goals.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating a track record of successful IT project delivery.
- Strong ability to facilitate steering committees, project update meetings, and guide project resources effectively.
- Experience in the e-commerce or public sector, particularly within public transportation, is highly valued.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Agile methodologies, with certifications in PM², PMBOK, or Prince2 considered a significant asset.
- ITIL Certification or knowledge in Agile Project Management and SAFe (Essentials) is advantageous.
- Effective communication, presentation, and documentation skills, catering to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Dutch or French, and English is required.
- Legal authorization to work in Belgium is mandatory.
