Project Officer - Collateral Management
Location: Luxembourg
Duration: 6 months +
Start Date: ASAP
Key Skills:
- Solid analytical skills & Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of the securities industry (Collateral Management knowledge will be an advantage)
- Project planning & management, proven experience in a similar role (previous exp. in MS Project will be an advantage)
- Flexible team player in an international environment
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, working knowledge of French and/or German would be an advantage
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
About the role:
- Quick understanding of key features & benefits of the new product/operational implications of launching a new service.
- Work with Project Manager to support the implementation of the new service.
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day activities as project planning, preparing committee presentations, tracking risks, issues, tasks, drafting program reports and reviewing those reports with the project manager.
- These assignments include also tracking resources timesheets and validate the timesheets based on the resourcing plan.
Our client is a financial services institution looking for a Project Officer to be responsible for the support of project implementation and service to the Global Securities Financing Project Team.
