Hybrid (2–3 days per week onsite)
Reports to Program Manager
Job purpose
The Senior Solution Architect will be part of the overall program leadership team and be responsible for translating the agreed business processes and functional requirements into a coherent, scalable and secure CRM solution. The role will provide end-to-end architectural ownership across the Global Template and country rollout waves, ensuring that standard platform capabilities are used wherever possible, local deviations are governed, and the solution remains aligned with CLIENT’s enterprise architecture, integration, data, security and AI principles.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end solution architecture across CRM configuration, data, integrations, security, environments, DevOps, analytics and approved AI capabilities.
• Lead architecture and solution-design activities during Strategy and Design, including fit-to-standard assessment, solution options, trade-off analysis and non-functional requirements.
• Translate signed-off user stories and Level 4/Level 5 process designs into an integrated solution blueprint and implementation backlog.
• Protect the Global Template by applying the principles of standardization by default, configuration over customization and localization by exception.
• Assess country requirements and prepare transparent impact assessments covering business value, architecture, effort, timeline, regression, supportability and future rollout waves.
• Provide recommendations to the CLIENT Template Governance Board and implement approved architecture decisions, standards and design guardrails.
• Define integration patterns and CRM-side interface requirements in collaboration with CLIENT’s MuleSoft/Apigee teams; ensure one accountable owner is identified for each interface.
• Work with the Data Migration Lead and business data owners to define the target customer/account data model, data-quality rules, migration validation criteria and reconciliation controls.
• Guide development teams through configuration, extension, code review, design assurance and technical quality gates; ensure reusable assets are captured for the rollout factory.
• Own architecture readiness and evidence for design, SIT, UAT, cutover and release gates, including technical debt and exception tracking.
• Mentor solution architects and technical leads across onshore and offshore teams and provide hands-on guidance on complex design issues.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Extensive experience as a Senior or Lead Solution Architect on large-scale CRM transformation programs, preferably involving a Global Template and multi-country rollout.
• Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Consumer Goods cloud and Data Cloud
• Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture; strong understanding of sales, telesales, field-sales, territory, account, opportunity and commercial processes.

• Ability to communicate complex architecture choices in clear business language to C-level executives, product owners and country stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder-management, mentoring and written communication skills.
• Hands-on, outcome-oriented leadership style with the ability to work across globally distributed teams with limited direction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
