Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Define and lead the end-to-end architecture for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring alignment with enterprise HR and IT strategy
- Drive solution design decisions, including data models, business processes, security, and extensibility
- Oversee integration architecture with payroll, time systems, and other peripheral applications using standard and custom integration frameworks
- Provide expertise in IAS/IPS architecture and identity management strategy for secure and scalable user access
- Govern data migration strategy, data quality frameworks, and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to perform requirement analysis, fit-gap assessments, and roadmap planning
- Ensure adherence to best practices, design standards, and system performance optimization across deployments
- Guide teams through testing strategy (unit, SIT, UAT), release management, and production readiness
- Provide architectural oversight during post-go-live and hypercare phases, resolving complex issues and enabling continuous improvement

Able to lead the project team working with cross functional support team.
In-depth knowledge of system configuration, architecture, cross functional integration processes.
