Role: Warehouse Associate – OT Support
Project duration: 6 months with extension possible
Project location: Panattoni Park, Eisenacher Str 17, 37293 Herleshausen, Germany (100% onsite)
Project language: English & German (preferred for warehouse user interaction)
Daily rates: 200 - 230 euros/day (all inclusive)
Job description:
Required Technical Skill Set:
Warehouse OT Support, Incident Management, Asset Management, Network & Infrastructure Support, Windows 11/O365, Active Directory, Warehouse Devices (PDA/RDT/RF), Barcode Scanners, Label Printers, ITIL Fundamentals
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Hands-on support experience with warehouse technologies (PDA, RF devices, barcode scanners, label printers)
• Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and end-user computing support
• Basic Network & Infrastructure troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, connectivity issues)
• Incident, problem, and asset management with ITIL awareness
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an operational warehouse environment
Good to have:
• Exposure to warehouse automation systems (Conveyors, RFID, WMS/WCS)
• Cisco, Aruba and Fortinet environment exposure
• OT Cybersecurity and vulnerability remediation knowledge
• ITIL Certification
• Project coordination experience
Project-Specific Requirements:
• Provide onsite IT/OT support for warehouse operations
• Troubleshooting warehouse devices (RF scanners, printers, handhelds
• Incident management & asset management
• Coordination with technical teams to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations
• Adherence to ITIL and security standards
