Property Analyst
Property Analyst required for our large financial services client.
The successful candidate will need the following skills and experience-
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
-Experience in working with business areas to understand and document process changes and requirements.
-Experience of several development methodologies, adhering to policies and standards.
-Experience in moving/relocating business units between buildings (defining and ensuring requirements are met) whilst keeping track of on-going organisational change.
-Very strong data analysis skills.
-Experience in working with external suppliers to effect relocation of personnel.
-Exposure to change control processes common in large organisations.
-MI generation.
The successful applicant will be responsible for-
-Defining and ensuring relocation requirements are met.
-Developing and refining a move plan concerning a large number of staff.
-Developing a deep understanding of what is required for a successful move for each business area.
-Guiding the business areas on gathering the required information to facilitate the move.
-Collating all information whilst keeping track of on-going organisational change.
The successful candidate will work closely with the business areas that have requirements to move/relocate colleagues from building to building and within buildings, also work with the suppliers who will effect the movements as needed.
