Property Negotiator

Salary £22,010 with realistic OTE of £26,000 + Annual Company Bonus potential £1,500

Home based with viewings and property inspections once fully trained. Must have own transport – mileage paid at 45p mile

We are looking for an exceptional Property Negotiator to join our small team to manage and develop our lettings and sales business as our company continues to grow.

Main Purpose

Responsible for establishing and developing tenancies with applicants and updating the rented portfolio. To provide outstanding customer service to both Landlords and Renters.

Responsibilities


  • Dealing with enquiries via the telephone, email and face to face
  • Speaking to renters & qualifying their needs
  • Matching applicants to relevant properties on our register
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships (both renters and landlords)
  • Identifying client requirements
  • Diary Management
  • Organising, co-ordinating and then completing viewings with applicants
  • Cross-selling other services
  • Maintaining an accurate database
  • Attaining feedback & securing offers
  • Managing expectations and communicating with all parties throughout
  • Managing deals all the way through to completion
  • Complying with all Company rules and policies, specifically including Data Protection
  • Assisting the manager with any property management requirements
  • Attending and writing up move-in, move-out and mid-term inspections

Key Requirements


  • Previous experience of working within estate agency is preferred but not essential
  • Previous experience of working within a sales position, either face to face or over the phone
  • Have a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectively
  • Be able to work effectively within a team
  • Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times, a real people person
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • Have good organisational and IT skills
  • Be a car owner with a full driving licence
