Property Supervisor – Capital Works, Contracts & Compliance
Salary: £35,287 - £37,880
Permanent, 37 hours per week (may be required to work out of hours)
Location: Wolverhampton - Office based – Tarmac Road and out in the community (must have full driving licence)

Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Property Supervisor in our Property Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects delivered by Strategic Construction partners, other external contractors and in-house trade colleagues are completed to the required performance and quality standards.
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of the Door Entry System Contract across Wolverhampton Homes stock.
- Be responsible for the efficient delivery of multi-disciplined projects managed by the Capital Works or Contracts & Compliance Teams.
- Be familiar with the contract drawings, specifications and performance specifications of all materials and products installed in the delivery of construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure productivity, and perform quality assurance inspections. Provide feedback on performance to support budget control and value for money.
- Carry out property surveys, schedule works, and implement recommendations and specifications as required.
About you:
- Can you demonstrate significant experience of working within the construction environment?
- Are you a team builder and an effective communicator?
- Do you have a qualification to BTEC in Building Construction or to NVQ Level 3 in a construction related discipline?
