Why this role matters
This role supports the Global Source to Pay Process Owner and Purchasing Process Owner for our global Finance and Procurement transformation programme, Make Finance Brilliant. The programme will replace a large part of our Finance systems on the implementation of Ariba and SAP S/4 Hana.
What you'll be doing
- Contribute to the finalisation of design for the purchasing process
- Support process walkthroughs to ensure business understanding and drive adoption of the Ariba Guided Buying
- Preparation and participation in system and end user testing of the solution design
- Maintain process documentation and other supporting material.
- Working with the technical, change and business teams to define and agree the cut over and business readiness plans
- Support preparation and content of presentations to key stakeholders
- Engaging and executing continuous improvement initiatives
We'll also need to see these on your CV
- Demonstrable knowledge and expertise of design and implementation of Ariba Guided Buying, including catalogues and document automation.
- Experience across the purchasing process using Ariba Guided Buying - requisitioning, approvals, goods receiving and reporting
- Experience of working in organisations with variety of procurement channels to multiple business units across multiple geographies
- Strong and collaborative working approach with a diverse group of stakeholders in multiple locations.
- Excellent communication skills writing, facilitation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
