QA Delivery Manager - Banking - Contract - London - £650My client, a tier-1 bank within London, is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Delivery Manager to assist the Group Operations and Technology CoS in building-out and operationalising the Change Quality Assurance standards across the group. The successful applicant will ensure a market leading change assurance functions and framework are in place. Further they will define and implement a tool to enable the capturing and analysis of assurance activity results, BIA audit issues and lessons learnt.
This role is offering a 3 month rolling contract and a daily rate of up to £650 has been signed off, for the correct applicant (based on experience, current situation and relevance to this position)
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Change (Quality) Assurance experience within a large FS organisation (banking), particularly building out and embedding new change assurance frameworks.
- Experience implementing change assurance frameworks
- Strong Stakeholder management
- Strong team leadership - able to recognise strengths in others and implement them in the process.
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Delivering Change assurance across different change methodologies - particularly
- Project Management certification (preferable)
