We are currently recruiting for a QC Head to join this Global Phamaceutical company here in the Bay Area, CA. This is a site of a couple hundered employees and the ability to work in a team environment is essential. Here are a few highlights that the hiring team will be looking for:- Chemistry background
- Small molecule experience preferred
- Method development and improvement
- Trending, stability and environmental monitoring
- Large team management experience
- Contract Testing Laboratories oversight
- Device experience is a plus
- Any forensics experience would be a plus
- Quality agreements would be a plus
- Ph.D and 8 years experience or BS/MS with equivilent experience
This role will largely be management of a team with daily responsibilities of developing protocols, analytical validation and final approval of validation activities. This is a confidential search, detailed information can be provided once interest is determined.
