Roc Search's client is currently recruiting for a Qualitative Research Analyst on an initial 6 month contract.
JOB PURPOSE
The Qualitative Researcher role will support the £1 million NHSX "Innovation Collaborative" programme of work which has defined delivery timescales and clear success measures. The role will be responsible for the development and delivery of qualitative insight against specification and for delivering the outcomes and milestones by June 2022.
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
- Experience of supporting qualitative research using a range of methods including individual, semi-structured interviews;
- Experience of analysing qualitative data;
- A proven track record of productivity, including publication of papers or policy reports
- Experience of research in health and/or social care;
- Experience of contributing to the writing and publishing of research papers;
- Experiences of contributing to research grant applications
- Able to work within a team to conduct qualitative research;
- Demonstrable ability to convey research ideas and findings clearly, both verbally and in writing;
- NVivo qualitative data management software.
- Knowledge of the NHS and/or social care
- Knowledge of the design, conduct and reporting of applied health research.
Desired:
- Experience of supporting a broad range of qualitative methods including focus group interviews; observational approaches and/or documentary analysis;
- Experience of mixed methods research
Location: Remote currently due to Covid with onsite required in Manchester when needed
IR35 Status: Outside
Rate: £280/day all inc
Duration: 6 months+
