Description
Responsibilities
- Develop manual test cases by working closely with application development and
- business analysis resources
- Execute manual test cases and track defects
- Develop traceability matrices where necessary
- Develop regression testing scripts utilizing Microsoft Test Manager and/or Selenium
- Participate on Scrum Agile and Waterfall methodology projects
- Execute tests for different projects utilizing different approaches such as; Black Box,
- White Box, Unit, Agile, Integration, Functional, Performance, Sanity, Regression,
- Acceptance and Usability testing.
- Lead a team of quality assurance analysts that are local and remote
- Produce quality reports such as test case coverage, defects per sprint, etc.
- Organize, maintain, and electronically track artifacts via SharePoint
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with defect tracking software such as Microsoft TFS, HP Quality Center, etc.
- Proficiency with Excel spreadsheet and Microsoft Word processing
- Experience developing and executing Selenium based regression test scripts
Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor/manager of a quality assurance function.
- 5+ years of experience as a software quality assurance analyst
