My Retail Banking Client is looking for a QA Operations Manager to join their team to handle the delivery of QA for PPI.
Operational Management experience is required ie Managing People, Process, Performance, Development and Targets.
Knowledge of FSA Complaints Regulation is required as is knowledge of PPI Products.
Data Analysis experience is also required.
