Quality Engineer - Contract Role

Up to £48 per hour
My client are a leading medical device/healthcare company who specialise in sterilisation and surgical products.
They are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to help them with ongoing day to day projects.
Skills Needed:
- A hands on quality engineer with at least 3years working in quality roles with class I and class II devices.
- Must have a good understanding of all the medical device directives. This is not a regulatory role, but you must have a good regulatory understanding.
- Good with multi-tasking.
- Experience with change and product control.
- Experience with CAPAs and internal audits.
- Ideally experience with sterilisation productsa.
- Good communication skills.
Day to day, you will be working with a range of products, anything from bandages to procedure packs in surgical theatres; Class I, IIa and IIb devices.
You will be dealing with complaints, daily production needs, solving problems, managing non-conformance logs and investigations, tracking actions and streamlining processes.
This is a re-active role so you must be a pro-active individual.
The role is to start as soon as possible, ideally Monday 19th June.
Interviews will be happening Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
