The candidate must have the following:- Quality governance background
- Knowledge of complaints management
- SUI experience
- Have a good understanding of quality schedules & frameworks
- Know all processes around quality governance
- Able to collate performance information
- CQUIN
- Having experience of transforming services is desirable i.e. community services or public health.
- Good project management skills
- Knowledge of the quality agenda and clinical governance
- 111 knowledge is desirable
