Job title: Quality Manager
Dear consultant,
A new opportunity has become available for an experienced Quality Manager to work for one of our prestigious clients in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible of the following:
-Development and implementation of a company wide quality management system to drive towards business excellence as a long term goal
Assist all divisions with the development and implementation of quality based and procedures that will contribute to the overall company wide quality initiative
-Determine and enforce quality and safety requirements in accordance with real company needs based on current regulations, state of the art product development
-Organize and promote company wide quality improvement efforts
-Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of quality, reliability and safety
-Regular updates to senior management team of the progress and status of the implementation of the overall quality management system
-Interface with third party Quality Vendors/suppliers/organisation on all related quality matters.
Qualification and skills:
-A minimum of a BS in business or engineering
-Master of Business Administration in a plus
-Quality Management Certificate is a plus
-PMP qualification is a plus
-ITIL/eTOM Certificates are a plus
-Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.e Six Sigma, etc)
-Strong financial and analytical skills
-Advanced knowledge of management concepts, practices and techniques
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-A hands on manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission- driven environment
