Our client, a major Federal Government Department, is seeking Quality Manager joins them to work on:
- Provide subject matter expertise and advice on Quality Management practices,
- Prepare and maintain the quality strategy and plan for the PRP,
- Ensure program documentation is developed and maintained in accordance with relevant
- Commonwealth and client's style guides and records management guidelines and standards,
- Maintain the program business case consistent with Commonwealth and client's strategic goals,
- Assist the program to prepare for Gateway reviews,
- Where required, assess the impact of proposed policy changes in relation to passports, including preparation of material for Cabinet and costing/pricing information for policy options, and
- Where required, forecast passport demand and prepare associated reports, including the impact of new policy on forecasts.
To be considered for the position you will have:
- Knowledge of quality management practices
- Knowledge of document management practices
- Ability to assess the impact of new policy proposals
- Ability to forecast the demand for Australian Travel documents
- Knowledge of the Australian Passport System
- Applicants must be able to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.
