Profile:
- Commercial management of subcontractors
- Measurement of subcontracted works
- Administration of subcontractors
- Preparation of valuations and drafting of payment certificates
- Measurement and certification of subcontractors’ site progress based on executed quantities
- Analysis of invoices and subcontractor certificates against contractual terms and conditions
- Forecasting material costs, if required
- Recording and documenting changes
- On-site presence and reporting to the Site Supervisor
- Very good Polish and English language skills
