RA Manager Life Cycle Management vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 8+ years' experience in regulatory, product development or manufacturing
- Expertise in project management and proven track record of successful risk assessment
- Familiar with product life cycle management and drug development process as well as a solid understanding of pharmaceutical technology
- Know-how in distilling complex situations, sound risk assessment and overcoming hurdles along with an early recognition of potential regulatory issues
- Degree in Science e.g. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology or equivalent
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Leading the assessment required for the assigned projects and teams focusing on identifying gaps, escalating concerns, supporting and driving continuous improvement
- Formalising resources and negotiating Service Level Agreements as well as alerting project team to risks, issues and achievements
- Facilitating communication between regulatory associates and cross functional project team members along with supporting regulatory associates sourcing information and providing team contacts
- Ensuring amongst the stakeholders a common understanding and agreement of roles and responsibilities coupled with supporting lessons learned sessions and trainings
