We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join one of the largest organisations within the Defence and Aerospace industry. The role is working as part of the recruitment function supporting the Staffing Specialists with the on-boarding of new personnel into the business.
As the Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for all admin tasks within the team including liaising with different areas of the business to ensure all new personnel are set up with inductions, IT etc. Supporting the HR function with all the relevant documentation needed to bring someone into the company as well as taking new personnel through the process.
