Recruitment Business Partner

The recruitment team handles all permanent recruitment activity for the UK business. Overall recruitment volumes are several hundred a year and cover a broad range of roles from customer facing areas and sales through to specialist technical roles in central functions like Finance and Actuarial.
The Recruitment Partner role will deliver sourcing strategies and support end to end recruitment processes, working directly with hiring managers.
Experience of attraction and assessment is essential to support the hiring managers who will conduct interviews and make the hiring decision.
Essential Experience
Some experience of pre employment screening
Experience of managing a range of internal and external stakeholders
Some experience of developing and applying robust selection processes
Some experience of recruitment in a regulated environment
Experience of using a variety of different sourcing techniques
Knowledge
Working knowledge of industry best practice on the same field
Working knowledge of HR recruitment technologies
Detailed knowledge of the end to end recruitment process
Personal attributes
Ability to handle multiple recruitment campaigns, handling pressure and delivering effectively
