Recruitment Operations Lead - Remote - Public Sector/Government - 3 Month Contract
Roc Search are currently supporting HSE with recruitment to a number of projects including the EU Exit Programme and the Building Safety Regulator Programme. They are recruiting for a Recruitment Campaign Delivery Manager to support on an initial 8 month contract till the end of the year
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of advising and delivering recruitment and/or vacancy filling activities
- Communicating effectively, understanding the needs of colleagues and different customers
- Understand and ensure delivery of a quality recruitment service through relevant quality checks and KPI's
- Experience of maintaining accurate databases and producing information reports, preferably recruitment or HR systems.
The main responsibilities for this role are to:
- Manage a team of approximately 6-7 Recruitment Advisors including completing all line management duties such as appraisals etc.
- Manage the day to day performance of the team as a whole and individuals within it. Within a defined framework, ensure that workloads are managed through the application tracking system, providing guidance and support as required and all team members follow policy.
- Develop and monitor management information to inform performance management of the recruitment function are met.
