Regional Retail Manager/London/Reading/£18 per hour/6 months
I am currently recruiting for one of the leading software companies, looking for a talented and highly motivated individual based in London or Reading to support retail outlets where their products are sold. You will be required to go into these stores to educate their members of staff, providing product training, materials, information and incentives to store staff. You will be an integral member of the regional Go-to-market team responsible for optimising merchandising in stores.
The key skills we are looking for are:
- A passion for working in a field based role with retail partners in a fast paced, challenging & dynamic environment
- Proven experience in a field-based role, either training or merchandising, ideally within electrical retail
- Understanding of UK retailers
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to be motivated working with little supervision
- Possibility of working on the weekends on occasion
- Full UK driving license
