With a presence in over 30 countries and serving over 1 million customers globally, they are at the forefront of high end industrial distributionThe company are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will oversee a team of Key Account Managers and spearhead the continued growth and development of a key defined geographical area
THE ROLE;
- Implementing the UK Sales strategy across the region with the ability to modify through local and national insight
- Managing a team of between 8-10 key account managers across a defined geographical region
- Train, develop and coach around product knowledge and selling/account management
- Maximizing existing client portfolio whilst developing new ones across the region
For this position it is required that candidates are equipped with the following;
- Industrial MRO Distribution Sales experience
Regional or National Sales Management experience - Financial and commercial experience e.g. P&L accounts, contribution, costs and budgetary control

MRO Product Knowledge - Power transmission, fluid power, power tools
Multi - Industry experience across some or all of Manufacturing, Power, FMCG, Oil and Gas
