Templeton and Partners are looking for a Regulatory Control - Subject Matter Expert for one of our multinational client in the Banking/Finance sector on ainitial 6 months contract with potential to extend to 12 months. This role is INSIDE IR35
Our client is looking for the experience below:
- Good understanding of the regulatory landscape especially thematic reviews / critical topics raised by the FCA and PRA
- Experience of a corporate and investment bank, ideally within a 3rd Country Branch
- Ability to build relationships with sales / trading personnel
- Technical knowledge across core regulations e.g. MIFID II, FATCA, CRS, DF, EMIR, GDPR, Volcker, FX Code etc
- Significant experience with running controls and creating dashboards
- Experience in implementing change
- Ability to translate, manipulate and analyse data to perform root cause, trends and undertake impact analysis
- Experience of data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI helpful.
- Ability to work and lead team members on/off shore.
