Field of activity
REGIS-TR, the European central trade repository, was launched in 2010 as a joint venture between Clearstream, the International Central Securities Depository (ICSD) and Iberclear, the Spanish Central Securities Depository (CSD). It collects and administers details of derivative transactions reported by its clients to provide market regulators and participants with a reporting hub for all manner of transaction reporting resulting from current and future regulatory initiatives such as EMIR, FinfraG, SFTR etc.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Follow the KYC (Know Your Customer) and Customer Acceptance Procedure, and follow up with customers to collect required documents to support the account opening procedure
- Support the client onboarding procedure
- Organise client meetings for the Sales Team and Relationship Managers
- Follow-up client queries
- Support the Relationship Managers with ad-hoc tasks as necessary
Qualifications/required skills
- University degree in economics, finance, banking and/or a comparable education
- 1-2 years experience in client or sale support, customer service, and/or administration
- Superb organisational skills, flexible
- Excellent communication skills, customer and service orientation
- Language: Fluent English mandatory; knowledge of an additional language (French/Spanish/Italian would be seen as an additional asset)
- Additionally, you need to be a team player with a good command of MS Office applications.
Assignment:
- Fulltime (100%)
- Start: 17.06.2019
- Duration: 6 months (possible extension on quarterly basis)
- Location: London (occasional travel may be required)
