The scope of this project encompasses the following tasks:
Work with Client  RMO staff to refine, document, and implement ITIL-based Release Management practices for the enterprise.
Work collaboratively with the Remo's Change Management and Configuration Management teams, and have working knowledge of the processes and procedures of each team.
Assist Clients RMO staff in the daily operational support of Release Management best practices based on enterprise policies, processes, and procedures:
Release Scheduling and Prioritization meetings (participate and/or facilitate)
Communication with IT and business customers (written and verbal)
Deployment Planning and Coordination
As a Release Management SME, train and assist Clients staff in the execution and support of Release Management best practices.
Train and/or socialize Release Management concepts and processes to all levels of the Calipers organization.
Ability to work well with Clientsstaff; must possess strong interpersonal skill

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
The Consultant shall engage in and complete knowledge transfer of the Release Management processes and tool support that has been used for the RMO Enterprise and PSR project.   This knowledge shall be transferred to the RMO state staff by job shadowing and collaboratively documenting all necessary and applicable processes.  This knowledge transfer shall commence at the time state staff is identified and available for this knowledge transfer.  The knowledge transfer shall be completed prior to the end of this contract term.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Release Management/Quality Assurance/Configuration Management, for minimum qualifications required for the primary services of this engagement.

In addition, the following qualifications are also required for this engagement:
Experience in the development and implementation of Release Management processes and procedures
Knowledge of ITIL v.3 Configuration Management, Change Management, and Release and Deployment Management best practices
Ability to train staff at all organizational levels on the concepts, execution, and socialization of Release Management

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

The following qualification is desired for this engagement:
Experience in the daily operational execution and support of large integration system's release management processes
