Description
We are currently in a search for two Senior Data Engineers to scale up AI projects. Role 1:Your tasks will consist of developing further the scaling of AI throughout the company as well as providing technical governance and establishing Infrastructure-as-Code, based on Kubernetes as well as AWS and Azure services. Moreover, you will plan and furrther develop existing CI/CD pipelines for deployment of containers/lambdas/database scripts etc. and integrate automated testing frameworks into CI/CDRole 2: Your tasks will consist of Establishment of development infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code, based on Kubernetes as well as AWS and Azure services. Frontend web development (Angular and Nodejs) and integration of automated testing (CI/CD pipelines). You will continue the development of containers based on Python / Java. Everything should be done while ensuring compliance with IT security requirements
Project details:
• Starting period: 26.02.2024
• Ending period: 31.12.2024 (possible extension)
• Full-time (5 days/week)
• Location: Remote/Frankfurt (20%)

Must-have experiences:
Role 1:
• AI models using ML frameworks in operational use(>3 years)
• GIT, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD), Testing and DevOps (>3 years)
• Development and automation of ETL pipelines and data modeling (Python, Pandas, SQL, REST.) (>3 years)
• (AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes(>3 years)
• VSCode and Docker containers (min. 1 year)
Role 2:
• AI models using ML frameworks in operational use(>3 years)
• Architecture and implementation knowledge in the field of Infrastructure-as-Code (especially Terraform and CDK) and cloud deployments (AWS and Azure) (>2 years)
• Architecture and implementation knowledge of relational databases( SQL, ETL, and BI tools)
• Development of web frontends
• deployment, automation, and monitoring of CI/CD pipelines
