Description

We are looking for a highly motivated person with a solid background in agile software engineering to increase the level of automation, further extend our CI/CD flows in Kubernetes based environments and maintenance on our cluster infrastructure applications.
Project migration from Vanilla Kubernetes to Openshift (both on premise)
Improve the efficiency of environments and applications.

Responsibilities
• Migration of applications and test setup from Linux based Kubernetes environment to Openshift.
• Improve application security by introducing Service Mesh, Pod Admission Policies, Network Policies and whitelisting of secure artefacts (images)
• Maintain the monitoring and logging components.
• Workout improvements to improve efficiency of alerting and cluster resources.
• Version updates and upgrades on our infrastructure applications
• Support our customers in migrating their application projects to Kubernetes and Openshift

Required Qualifications
• Containerization related technologies like Kubernetes (Must have) and Openshift (nice to have)
• At least 5 years of experience in CI/CD Pipelines, Kubernetes application development
• Focus on plain Kubernetes on premise. Good to have knowledge of public cloud platforms.
• Experience with Helm charts, automation tools like ArgoCD, GitOPS, Jenkins and Ansible approach
