For our client we are currently looking for a Trainer / Coach (m/w/d) AI assisted development with strong background in software engineering.

start: asap
Duration: 1 year+
Capacity: 100% (40 hours per week)
Location: Mainly remote - occasional meetings in Toulouse (France) or Hamburg (Germany) may happen after agreement
Language: Strong English (must), French (nice to have), German (nice to have).

We are looking for an experienced senior software engineer who also acts as an agentic software engineering practitioner to join our developer tooling team. The role would encompass the following :
  • Coaches fellow software engineers on AI-assisted development best practices
  • Explore new use cases, workflows
  • Writing training materials and docs for end users
  • Collaborate on setting up evals of models/harnesses
  • Specific development work on integrations (MCP server development, Skills, CLI tooling)

Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Typescript & Python
  • Extensive experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Advanced proficiency leveraging AI coding assistants for day-to-day development.
  • Hands-on experience building and utilizing Model Context Protocols (MCPs) and AI-driven skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or other highly regulated environments is a significant plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
