Description
A leading international bank are looking for an experienced IT project leader.
An experienced, dynamic and powerful project leader for a project in which LAN/WIFI contracts for a large in the Netherlands have to be renewed, after which new technical solutions may have to be rolled out for a large part of the networks concerned and the possibility of steering on the transition of the current contract management, service delivery and governance to the new contract.
This is what you are going to do:
- Set up the project organization and governance and put the administrative preconditions in order.
- Report project status and progress to the steering group.
- Setting up coordination with stakeholders.
- Coordinate the first phase in which a shortlist of suppliers to ING presents their solutions.
- Steering on an integral list of requirements from the various stakeholders.
- Initiate sessions with suppliers to map which requirements can be filled in by the suppliers and send them to the final bid of the suppliers.
- Facilitate contract negotiations.
- Planning migration routes and roll-out to manage new technical solutions from the chosen supplier to various LAN/WIFI environments.
- Managing a transition to align ING organization with the service delivery of the new supplier.
