Description
Research Scientist with profound knowledge in next generation sequencing (NGS) wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or training as a Laboratory Technician or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in protein purification and essential knowledge of protein separation methods and respective technical equipment.
- Previous research in next generation sequencing (NGS), experience with Illumina prefered.
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge in German is an asset
Your tasks:
- Supporting the process development for biopharmaceuticals in early phase development
- Running experimental packages and preparing required materials (chromatographic columns, buffers)
- Documenting and evaluating work as well as reporting and recording data in existing databases
- Maintaining technical equipment and tasks in lab organization
