Description
1 year plus contract for a Resource or Business Analyst in IT.
This position is responsible for providing Resource Management, Change Management, and ad hoc support services for the IT Support Office.
Support IT resource management process when filling IT roles; support Resource Management monthly process working with the IT PMs and Resource Analyst; support IT Resource Analyst on Primavera and time entry activities. Change Management - support IT Leadership team in finalizing presentations or assisting in the creation of new presentations.
Requirements: Proficient in using Microsoft Office products. Strong organization skills. Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing/fast-paced environment. Solid oral/written communication and collaboration skills and willingness to work directly with customers. Customer focused. Willingness to accept additional responsibilities. Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a stressful environment. Quality-oriented self-starter and supportive of team objectives. Ability to independently organize and prioritize daily work with limited direction from management. Strong interpersonal skills -- effective at building and maintaining positive working relationships. Familiarity with project management methodologies and concepts a plus. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Visio a plus. Primavera P6 knowledge/experience a plus. Microsoft Project Server knowledge/experience a plus.
Education Requirements: minimum 2 year degree, preferred 4 year Travel - approximately 15%
Local candidates preferred. Must be able to work w-2 hourly, No Corp. to Corp. allowed, or third parties please.
