-Gain an understanding of what new services/initiatives need to be in place
-Be able to implement projects within an existing structure as well as create and build new projects & business cases
-Complete SWOT & CBA's on clients and competitors services
-Build the end to end retail offering whilst working with a virtual team from across the business to do so
-Roadmap & Drive implementation
-Select and prioritise future solutions

-Retail experience
-Wider Supply Chain knowledge (Broad understanding)
-Personable - Strong Networking/Influencing skills
-Project Management/Process Optimisation
-Business Analysis & Commercial knowledge
