A leading financial services organisation is seeking to hire a Reward Analyst to support the delivery of business reward solutions.
The successful candidate will be heavily involved with market data analysis/benchmarking, pay-round support, reward governance, offer preparation as well as providing ad-hoc project support. It is essential that you possess exceptional analytical skills and have solid experience of working within the reward environment. You should be confident in delivering both high quality analysis as well as presentations, and have experience in preparing and using market data. We are looking for individuals who have previous experience of working within a corporate environment, have a strong understanding of working in reward and have upto date knowledge of Towers Watson.
